If your order was received damaged or you received the wrong item we will send a replacement immediately. Please email with photo evidence to maisieanddulcie@hopelessdolls.co.uk otherwise a refund or exchange will not be possible

If you placed an order and then changed your mind please get in touch with us via email right away and we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made, packaged and shipped.

You will receive a confirmation of your order shipment with tracking once fulfilled. You can also check you account in the order section for tracking. We do our best to get things shipped quickly but we are still working day jobs at the moment, but if you need something for a specific date just contact us with your order number and we will try to get it to you in time.
