When are my items shipped?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be packaged and shipped.
You will receive a confirmation of your order shipment with tracking once fulfilled.
We do our best to get things shipped quickly but we are still working day jobs at the moment, but if you need something for a specific date just contact us with your order number and we will try to get it to you in time.
What are my options for shipping Domestic(UK) & International (Rest of the World)?
Domestic: Second Class Signed For
International: Tracked
Timeframe until I receive my shipment?
Domestic (UK) - 3-5 Business days Estimated
Rest of the World: (Europe and World Zones 1, 2 & 3) Internationally Tracked 2-6 Weeks Estimated,
Are duty fees included in International Shipping Cost?
No. Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local office for costs.
Depending on your country. You as the recipient may have to pay customs or VAT charges on the items and a handling fee before you can claim your parcel.
We at HOPELESS DOLLS do NOT cover the costs of the import fees or any excess charges that occur once we have mailed it.
Where is my order?
Please check your tracking information for the "estimated" arrival date. We are responsible for shipping the item and delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If there are issues with the delivery of your item please follow up with the carrier first (EX. Royal Mail) before contacting us directly at maisieanddulcie@hopelessdolls.co.uk
My item was received damaged or I received the wrong item?
Things happens! We will send a replacement immediately. Please email with photo evidence to maisieanddulcie@hopelessdolls.co.uk
